1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 456bo platform and all services included within it ("Services"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 456bo.

456bo is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. The platform is secured with SSL encryption and modern security technology.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 456bo account. You must follow these guidelines:

• Keep your password strong and unique — do not use passwords that are easy to guess.

• If you notice any suspicious activity or suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.
• Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Limits & Processing Times

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Processing time may increase if additional verification is required for a withdrawal request.

4.3 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds using a third party's account is strictly prohibited.
• Your account balance cannot go into a negative amount.
• 456bo reserves the right to temporarily hold any suspicious transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

456bo offers new users a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.

• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,200.
• Deposit ৳34,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, bringing your total balance to ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times and applies only to the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing winnings earned from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion has its own separate terms — read the specific terms before use.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
• 456bo reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer without notice.

6 Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when playing games on the 456bo platform:

6.1 Fair Play

• All games are operated through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer system, which ensures impartial results.
• The use of bots, scripts, or automated software during play is prohibited.
• If a technical error occurs in a game result, 456bo reserves the right to void the transaction.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and betting market, and are displayed in the game interface. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute over a game result, 456bo's server logs will be considered the final evidence. The timeframe for raising a dispute is limited to within 72 hours of the incident.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 456bo platform:

• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Bonus fraud by creating multiple accounts.
• Hacking, cracking, or attempting unauthorized access to the gaming system.
• Fraudulent conduct or collusion against other users.
• Exploiting technical errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating an account under a false identity or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of the platform's content.

8 Responsible Gaming

456bo believes in responsible gaming and provides the following features to protect users:

11 Limitation of Liability

• Losses caused by issues with the user's own device or network.

12 Terms & Conditions Changes

456bo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via a platform notification or their registered email.

• Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
• If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions, you may request to close your account.
